03 SMS / Text Messaging — TCPA Disclosure
How Atlas SMS Works
Atlas sends automated SMS messages on behalf of small businesses that subscribe to our platform. End users must explicitly opt in before receiving any messages.
- Opt-in is collected via a GoHighLevel-powered web form provided by the subscribing business.
- By opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS messages related to the services of that business (appointment reminders, customer support, promotional content, or scheduling).
- Message frequency varies by business and service type.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- To get help, reply HELP or contact the business directly.
HiveMind AI LLC operates as a technology service provider. The business client whose form you submitted is responsible for the content and purpose of the messages you receive. We do not sell or share your mobile number with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
04 How We Use Information
- Deliver and operate the Atlas AI agents on behalf of subscribing businesses
- Process billing and payments through GoHighLevel's integrated payment platform
- Send transactional and service-related communications to business clients
- Improve and train Atlas models using anonymized, aggregated conversation data (never individual end-user data tied to identity)
- Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
05 How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Business clients: End-user conversation data is accessible to the subscribing business on whose behalf Atlas is operating.
- Service providers: We use Twilio (SMS infrastructure), GoHighLevel (CRM and payments), and cloud hosting providers. These vendors process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
06 Data Retention
We retain business client account data for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days after termination. SMS conversation logs are retained for 12 months and then deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
07 Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
