SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the Atlas by HiveMind AI text messaging program operated by HiveMind AI LLC ("HiveMind," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program Description
Conversational SMS with Atlas, our AI assistant. Atlas answers questions about HiveMind AI services, books product demos, and provides customer support.
Message Frequency
Variable — typically 2 to 6 messages per conversation; Atlas responds to your messages as you send them.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.

All major US carriers.

1. Consent to Receive Messages

By submitting the opt-in form at hivemindagency.ai/try-atlas.html and checking the consent box, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive automated SMS messages from HiveMind AI LLC at the mobile phone number you provided.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase of HiveMind AI products or services.

2. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can opt out of the program at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message from HiveMind AI: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

After you send one of these keywords, we will send you one final SMS message confirming your unsubscribe request has been processed. After that confirmation, you will not receive any further messages from Atlas. To re-enroll, you may submit the opt-in form again.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. SMS message delivery is subject to transmission limitations and conditions imposed by your mobile carrier, which are beyond our control.

7. Privacy

Your phone number and any information you share via SMS are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Important: Mobile information and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to deliver the messaging service you opted into.

8. Eligibility

The Atlas SMS program is available only to users in the United States who are 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to consent to receive text messages at the phone number provided. By opting in, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

9. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
